- Practice telling and hearing the truth.
- Lie on your back on a comfortable but not too comfortable surface. Feel your body as a whole mass and feel where it connects to the surface. Start by bringing your attention to the toes of your right foot. Breathe into and out of this part for 3-4 breaths. Move on to all the other individual parts of your body. Take your time. If there is a tense or painful area, allow it to gently open and soften, then move on. The point is to be fully present. At the end, go back to feeling your body as a whole mass. Stretch and open your eyes and move slowly back into the world.
