- Take a bath in an imaginary rainbow. Let its colors and light rejuvenate you.
- Say to yourself: I am breathing freely.
- Expanding breath: Exhale all of your breath by sucking in your stomach muscles. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and slowly inhale through the left nostril. Fill your lungs to a comfortable capacity and close your left nostril with whatever finger feels most natural to you. Keep holding your breath for as long as possible. Then open the right nostril while keeping the left side closed and slowly exhale. Repeat the cycle five times at each session, gradually increasing the number to twelve times.
