- Try dream mastery. Center on your third eye; be attentive to the feeling between the eyebrows. You begin to feel the prana flowing in and that the out-breath is empty. Do this only at bedtime, while you are falling into sleep. Be aware of the breath and the invisible prana. Feel the prana coming into your heart. Sleep will overtake you and you will be aware during your dreams.
- There's a place for talk, and there's a place for companionable silence. When you're in company, it's good to sit together reflectively at times, within the charmed circle of quiet. Let differences melt away. Sharing silence with someone you love or like is profoundly refreshing.
- Don't transfer the ox's load to the cow.
