- If your heart can become loving and accepting, if you can cause your heart to have no anger, no resentment, then you have taken a great step on the Dharma path.
- Meditate on the open nature of reality. Rest in the dreamlike, infinite nature of mind. Ride the moving breath. Exchange self-awareness for awareness of others. Feel the joy that comes from deeply connecting with and helping others.
- You have to unlearn being concerned with things.
