- Everyone has something to teach you and can be celebrated and appreciated.
- If you feel pain, stop and allow yourself to feel the pain. Contemplate where your pain is coming from and why it may be trying to get your attention. Look to the real source of your pain. Work to rid yourself of the cause of the pain. Feel it, look at it, figure it out, remove it.
- Tape-record a list of qualities you really like or qualities you would like to have. You can state them as affirmations. Play back the recording when you need to and really listen.
