- When you look at somebody, look with eyes of love. When you walk, walk throwing love all around. Release more love. Make it your conscious effort.
- Meditate on your posture. You can concentrate on each of the seven points of sitting. (1. legs in the chosen posture, 2. arms loosely hanging, hands in chosen position, 3. back straight, relaxed, lightly upright with vertebrae similar to pile of coins, 4. eyes fully closed or slightly open, 5.jaw relaxed and teeth slightly apart, not clenched and mouth relaxed, 6. tip of tongue touching palate just behind upper teeth, 7. neck bent forward slightly so gaze is directed naturally towards the floor just in front of you.) This will stabilize your attention and you can move on to whole-body meditation.
- throughout the day you can bear in mind: I can be more patient. I can develop this quality. I can do it. Do a little bit each time.
