- Imagine finding yourself alone in a room with a person whom you have long struggled with or have been hurt by. What would you say? What would you need to let go of in your heart so that you could listen?
- For five minutes during the day, give yourself a silent running commentary on your actions: I'm putting the key in the lock. I'm turning the key. I'm opening the door ... and so on. In the evening, see how much of those five minutes you can remember compared to any other period of your day.
- Are your thoughts directing you or do you direct your thoughts? Are you the master? Can you say stop?
