- Practice right mindfulness while walking, sitting, standing, etc.
- To stimulate awareness of your hips and outer thighs, lie on your right side with knees bent halfway in and feet in line with your tailbone. Rest your head on your right arm, and place your left hand on your left hip (to keep it aligned over your right hip). Engage your abdominals and, with feet together, slowly lift your left knee: imagine an oyster shell opening. Repeat five times. Then swap sides.
- Emotions like jealousy and rage become stronger when you bottle them up. Don't let them explode in dangerous circumstances. Go for a brisk walk, pound a cushion, or shout in a tunnel as a train passes overhead - just give vent somewhere safe to the pressure within. Then see if you can work through the issues as calmly as possible.
