- Be careful of the words you use, keep them short and sweet, you never know from day to day which ones you will have to eat.
- Watch out for self-perpetuated habitual suffering. Do you dwell on feelings that make you sad? Do you let yourself become overly sensitive or reactive? Do you nurse grudges, fuel your anger? Refocus on the here and now. Chronic suffering is mainly a habit.
