- Fractals are particular shapes that are found in mathematics and certain natural organisms, repeated over and over at increasingly smaller scales. Find an example of a fractal - for example, a computer-generated diagram, or a natural form such as a snowflake or a fern. Contemplate how the tiniest part of the pattern is a minute expression of the whole. Perhaps there is an element of this in our spirit's relationship with the divine?
