- Imagine God is looking at you through a telescope from heaven. What appeals to him about you? What repels him? What does he think about your life's strategy? Does he know anything about you that you don't know?
- A meditation for releasing fear: close your eyes and bring to mind one of your deepest fears. Acknowledge the presence of your fear. Be aware of its existence and observe how it feels without getting caught up in it or judging yourself for having this fear. Now imagine the fear as a caged bird and give it an appearance. Then imagine opening the cage and setting the bird free. As you watch the bird fly away, you are releasing the fear from your consciousness. Accept this feeling.
