- If you stay with the moment, there is just enough time to do what needs to be done, just enough materials to complete the job as far as it needs completing.
- What matters is whether you are aware of your thoughts and feelings during meditation and how you handle them. Your thoughts are just thoughts - and they are not you or reality. You are then able to step back from it and see it clearly, so you can prioritize and make sensible decisions.
- Move slowly and maintain a depth of commitment that can be sustained over the long haul.
