- Find a group of people to do Sufi movement meditation in which a circle is formed by clasping hands. Slowly lean backward with face to the sky and hands up and say "Ya hai". Bring the body and head forward and the arms swung down and back and say "Ya huk." This is repeated until the speed and rhythm are coordinated and the circle opens and closes like a flower.
- Your mantra can act as more than your point of focus. It is also there to give you strength and energy when you are not formally meditating. Take a minute with your mantra in a stressful situation or for a pick-me-up.
- Solve it by walking. Take a walk in a natural setting and focus on your footsteps. A walk can give you perspective on something that is puzzling you.
